Project Overview:
New logo represents the forward movement of the organization.
Comprised of custom typography and is lowercased to contrast the rest of the Agency's uppercase-heavy environment. Focus group members favored this approach and said it felt more calm and more serious than what they are used to seeing from other organizations.
Original color was orange so I shifted the color to blue to help psychologically instill trust between the organization and its stakeholders.
Secondary color is green and relates strongly to OHR's nurturing environment.

This was the first comprehensive brand development in the history of the organization. I solely designed all products and ensured the modernity of the new logo without compromising the brand of the greater Agency. This new brand has reinvigorated the workforce and repaired relationships with stakeholders and boosted collaboration across the Agency. I also led a focus group and this logo was the most favorable across age groups, ethnicities, genders, and other demographics.
